Do I need to sign the ATO Declaration prior to submitting?

Yes! The ATO requires employers to sign a Declaration and Signing Statement.

The appropriate Declaration and Signing Statement will be automatically displayed, based on the data provided within the file uploaded.

Once you have entered in the Payroll Information, if you are ready to send the data to the ATO click on the checkbox and Confirm and Send.

You will be returned to the Submission History screen.
