SuperChoice invoices on the following arrangements depending on the services a customer is utilising:
- Annually (in advance)
- Quarterly (in advance)
- Monthly (in arrears)
Note: Depending on how you access the SuperChoice platform you may not be invoiced for the services provided to you. For example, the services may be provided via and paid by a third-party such as a super fund or payroll provider.
If you have engaged SuperChoice directly, you will be advised of the frequency of invoices when you register for the use of the SuperChoice platform.
