Go to your Portal Dashboard and click on the Maintain Users button on the Maintenance tile.
Search for your User ID, or simply click search to view all users. Depending on the permissions you have been set up with, you may be able to manage other users’ details.
Select the user from the list of available users.
Select the type of information you want to update using the tabs at the top of the screen.
Under the User Account tab, you have the option to Deactivate User and Reset Password.
Note: that this will not delete the user account.
Please ensure you Save any changes on each tab as they are made by clicking Save on the bottom left of each page.
