If you are having trouble logging in, it may be you are using the wrong URL. This can occur where you have bookmarked the page after you have loaded the Employer Portal site (as the original URL redirects to a generic URL once loaded).
Note: Re-directed site looks like this https://www.employerpay.com.au/openid-connect-server-webapp/login
To avoid this issue, please update your browser's bookmark with the correct URL originally used.
Note: Do not save the link after you have loaded the Employer Portal as it will cause view/rendering issues the next time you try the site.
Please try the following options if you are still having issue with login:
- Clear your cache/browser history (if unsure how, then use a different browser).
- Check that your User ID is correct.
If you had tried to reset your password and did not get the automatic email, please try the following:
- Check your Junk/Spam folder.
- Check with your IT team whether there is a security setting on your computer or malware issues that is preventing you from receiving emails.
