I have received a non-payment notification, what do I do?

If a payment for the contribution file you have submitted has not been received, the employee superannuation contributions cannot be sent to super funds.

Note: You may be in breach of your super guarantee obligations if this occurs.

Timing

2 business days after submission.

Unpaid contribution submissions are automatically cancelled after 10 business days from the date of submission

Action Required

Employer should make payment to ensure money and data is released to the super funds.
