On the Review Onboarding Requests screen you can filter the list of employees to view those who have on-boarded, and then give their records an Active status. In addition, you can download a CSV file that lists all of the on-boarded employees.
1. On the Dashboard view, on the Employee Services panel, click the Onboarding Requests button.
The Review On-boarding Requests screen displays and lists employees that were sent a ‘Welcome’ email.
2. Click the Filters button.
The filter options display.
3. In the Column list, select Status.
4. In the Comparator list, select Equals.
5. In the Option list, select Onboard Completed.
The list is filtered so that only employees who have completed their on-boarding display.
6. If applicable, for each employee that you have not already reviewed, on the Review column, select Reviewed.
When an employee’s onboarding record is reviewed, the status of their record changes to Active.
7. To download a CSV file of the filtered list, click the Download button.
To reset the list filters, click the Reset button or the Delete button.
