Understand employee statuses
During the on-boarding process, an employee record goes through various statuses.
| Step | Status | Description |
| 1 | On-board requested | The employer has uploaded the employee’s details and a ‘Welcome’ email has been sent. |
| 2 | On-board completed | The employee has entered their details into the Employee Portal. |
| 3 | Active | The employer has reviewed and approved the employee’s entered details. |
When an employee completes their details in the Employee Portal, you are able to collect their details for payroll processing and super contributions. As an employer you will receive the following email:
