Where do I find information about my personal custodian status icons?

Status icons, like other elements of the portal, are configurable. If you have a status icon that you do not recognise from the status key table, it’s possible it is configured to a different colour in your custodian.

To confirm what the status icons mean in your custodian, in the history or reporting screen where you are viewing the warnings -> Click the (?) tool tip icon.

This should list your status icons in your branding configuration colours.
