1. On the Dashboard view, click on the Contributions button on the Reports panel.
2. Select your required filters.
To search for specific Message Types, ensure you select either 'Contributions' or 'Members' under the 'Message Type' filter option. This controls whether the report lists Contribution message data or Member message data, or 'Check all' to see both.

3. Select the grouping option you would like your report to be displayed in. By default, Date Initiated will be selected and will display the results in rows based on the date the transaction was initiated.
Note If you are wanting a singular report, ensure you uncheck all Group Message by options, this will display a single row of results.
4. Click the Search button at the bottom of the screen.
The results will display in the bottom panel.
5. To download the report, click on the download icon located on the right end of the results panel.
